Anna began her arts career at Daniel Maher Stained Glass in Boston. During her 9 years there, she graduated from apprentice to restorer and designer. In her spare time, she began designing and crafting the jewelry, sculpture, and stained glass works featured on annabuilt.com.
Anna is also a musician. She has played for the country rock band Lincoln '65, the electro-pop-goth outfit Green 4, and with the indie rock band The Pee Wee Fist. Now she contributes to Pete Fitzpatrick's latest musical project Falcatross.
Anna now lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband and son and creates annabuilt artworks whenever she can.

I had the good fortune of winning the MacGyver Challenge in the latest READYMADE issue (dec/jan). They spelled my name incorrectly and I haven't received my t-shirt yet, but I am proud none-the-less.

I just completed two trophies for the 2006 top two Cambridge Public schools of the annual Recyclemania contest held by the Cambridge Dept. of Public Works. I have also created trophies for them for 2007, 2008 and 2010.Click here to check them out.
